A simple yet powerful way to change your life for the better little by little is to sign up for a free “Inspirational Quotes” service. I've been receiving quotes for about two years now and I won't be unsubscribing anytime soon.

What's so great about quotes?
For starters, you'll be receiving the wisdom of some of the greatest minds the world has ever known conveniently to your e-mail. Instead of having to read entire volumes you get the very essence of their knowledge condensed into 2-3 sentences. You could open up the mail, read the citation and move on with your day - all in under a minute, unless of course the message inspires you so much that you decide to meditate on it or take some action.

The effect will accumulate over time
As you sign up for a quotes service and start receiving them daily it might not feel like much is happening at first. For the most part you'll be like “Awesome, another 'Anything-is-possible' quote” or “Yeah, yeah 'I can do it!', whatever” :) and move on. Every now and then though you'll get a citation that really fires you up and motivates you for the whole day or even over a longer period. But the real benefit is this: day after day the quotes will reinforce positive ideas and those will eventually turn into beliefs and convictions, with almost no effort on your part.

The only drawback I can think of is that it takes relatively long time before the effect becomes apparent. But as a supplement to personal growth nothing beats a good quotes service ;)

Unlike other services which might send you random quotes from a large database, it seems that Bob has carefully hand-picked only the kind of citations which reinforce positive ideas.
