A week or so ago I stumbled upon the blog of a guy whose name is Jonney Jay. I read some of his posts and he seems like a really nice, genuine guy. He writes short, sweet and to the point articles. The one that caught my attention was on affirmations. He has listed 12 well thought out positive statements to keep his mind on his internet marketing goals. He also made a video in which the affirmations flash across the screen at fast speed, so one cannot really read them consciously, but supposedly the subconscious picks on them and they get internalized quickly.
I liked the idea and decided to steal it :) I changed some of the affirmations slightly and also altered the order to my liking. I'll see if I can make a video like his'. Maybe adding some visually stimulating content and music will make it even more effective.
