A week ago I wrote a short post on Internet Marketing Affirmations and I said I wanted to make a video with the affirmations flashing on screen for a split second. Well I stumbled into something better - Subliminal Messages Software. It does just what I wanted - it flashes text messages on my computer screen and best of all it doesn't take any of my time. Messages just pop on screen while I am working, writing or whatever.

I initially found a review of a paid piece of software but I figured that there might be a free one. It didn't take me long to find one. It's called Subliminal Blaster. It doesn't have many fancy features but it doesn't lack anything I need either. It comes with many predefined programs (a set of messages aimed at a specific problem) - "Anger", "Concentration", "Dissolve tension" among many others. You can also add you own program, which is what I wanted to do. The process was very straightforward and within minutes the Internet Marketing Affirmations were flashing on my screen. I choose the recommended options - messages pop every 4 seconds for merely 0.02 seconds.

Does it work?
I have no idea :) It should work, considering the experiments with subliminal messages that proved so effective, that subliminals are now banned from television and cinemas. I don't expect any miracles though. I'll just let the results accumulate over time as with inspirational quotes.

Is it safe?
Again, I don't know. I haven't found any source saying it's not. I don't see any danger, as long as the messages are positive and constructive.
